WITHDRAWALS
To be taken into consideration, all cancellations must be reported in writing (by post, e-Mail or fax).
In case of cancellation, reimbursement requirements are as follows:
For all withdrawals : €500 of the amount paid will be forfeited.
From February 1st, 2022 to Huly 1st, 2024: €3000 of the entry fee will be forfeited (Deposit).
From July 2nd, 2024: 100% of the entry fee will be forfeited.
There will be no dispense concerning these dispositions.

NOTA: You don't have to provide sleeping equipment, everything is planned for in the organisation.
Advised clothing:
In April the temperature varies between 20 and 25°C (68 and 77°F) during the day. It is necessary to plan for light clothes during the day, but warmer outfits for evenings and nights: t-shirts or shirts, sweat-shirts, jacket, bermudas shorts, jeans or canvas trousers, bathing suit, sneakers or climbing shoes for example Timberland or Paraboot,... Bring a backpack for the day.
