2026 Italian Escape

Download the entry form for Echappée Italienne 2026

June 2026 will take us to Northern Italy and its Great Lakes!

It will run from Sunday, June 21 to Friday, June 26, 2026!

We've been thinking about it for two years, and following your enthusiasm at the end of the Alpine Escape, we're going for it! We're currently organizing it, and the first reconnaissance trips will take place in early September!

This getaway will be at least one day longer than the others, maybe even two, and there will be lots of surprises!

The meeting point will be in Italy at the Colle Manora Winery near Asti (slightly south of Turin) where our friends Marina ORLANDI CONTUCI and Giogio SCHON will welcome us!

Italy is a bit complicated in terms of organisation, accommodation and parking, so we will not exceed 25 cars, and perhaps even fewer...

All this will be confirmed in the coming weeks and months, of course!

Ideal preliminary programme: (currently being finalised and hotel reservations are being made!)

Day 1 - Sunday 21 June 2026: Asti - Stresa (Lake Maggiore)  - Meet at the Colle Manora estate in Asti - welcome, distribution of documents and gifts, sticker collection.

Lunch and departure for an initial 180 km afternoon drive to Lake Orta, then Lake Maggiore and Stresa

Day 2 - Monday 22 June 2026: Stresa - Lake Como -  Visit to part of the Borromean Islands in the morning - lunch and afternoon 120 km trip to Lake Como via small roads.

Day 3 – Tuesday, 23 June 2026: Lake Como – Lake Iseo – A day covering approximately 220 km along beautiful small roads, with a break for lunch.

Day 4 - Wednesday, 24 June 2026: Lake Iseo - Stelvio Pass - A magnificent day covering approximately 224 km, ending in spectacular fashion with the legendary Stelvio Pass.

Day 5 - Thursday, 25 June 2026: Stelvio - Lake Garda - Another beautiful day covering approximately 240 km with a lunch break.

Day 6 - Friday, 26 June 2026: Lake Garda - Maranello - Departure from Lake Garda via small roads, then motorway to Modena.

It would be impossible for us enthusiasts not to stop off at the automotive mecca that is Maranello! Visit to the Ferrari museum.
