Registration are made in arrival order and with a maximum of 80 crews.
These rights imply the acceptance of the organizer advertising, in case of refusal of the latter, these rights will be increased by 50%
- If this participation is the second of our events this year (Neige & Glace, TransMaroc or Princesses Rally) you will receive € 200 discount on your entry fee.
For a two-person crew plus vehicle, the entry fees include:
. General organisation of the event with 40 persons
. Sporting and logistical backup
. Mechanical assistance (2 cars and 4 men)
. National and local authorizations
. The hotel 3, 4 and 5 stars during 5 nights in double room or twin of Sunday, May 28 in the evening to Friday, June 2, 2017 breakfast
. Meals for two (5 lunches + 5 dinners) from May 28 to June 1, 2017
. Gala evening and awards presentation on June 1, 2017
. Compulsory third-party insurance for the competitors and the organisers of the event
. Times and classification by GPS Tripy system
. Security for the parking enclosures during the nights
. Two door numbers, two rally plates, and the road book each day
. Two souvenirs per crew + a lot fo gifts offered by our partners.

WITHDRAWALS - Conditions for cancellation
To be taken into consideration, all cancellations must be reported in writing (by post or fax).
In case of cancellation, and taking into account reservations and down payments made previously to the various establishments, as well as work already completed by the organization, reimbursement requirements are as follows:
- In case of cancellation by the competitor before 31 December 2016 : a €1000 fee will be retained.
- From 1st of January till 30th of March 2017, the deposit of €2000 will be retained.
- In case of drop out after 30th of March 2017 the total entry fee will be kept by the Organisers
There will be no dispense concerning these dispositions.
Assistances and Followers
The organizers will arrange for assistance, composed of 4 mechanics and 1 trailer, to be at the crews‘ disposal throughout the event. In the case of a breakdown, the organizers may provide assistance for the vehicle for up to 30 minutes. After this time, the crew will be offered transportation by truck to the nearest garage. This assistance will be available to crews at hotels at each evening’s stop over. In the case of a serious breakdown, the competitor may rejoin the rally at the start of the following stage but will be subject to penalties for those controls (CH, CP, and RS) missed or skipped.
The Rally Assistance is include in your entry fees.
Competitors can take advantage of personal assistance, provided that the assistants are regularly enrolled with the organizers. Assistants always depart after the last competitors and are forbidden to ever be on the Regularity Sectors.
Entry fees : € 1000 for 1 person / € 1300 for 2 persons
This price only includes the 5 lunches during the rally.
